What type of ID do I need when I get a document Notarized?

Signers must show unexpired Government Issued Photo Identification.
These include Driver’s License, State issued ID card, Passport and Military ID.
The ID must contain the name that appears on the document to be notarized.

How much does it cost to get a document notarized?

Generally, you’ll pay $5 per Notarization Stamp.
In addition, there's a Convenience Fee for meeting you at a location that works for you.In some cases, you’ll be charged a flat fee for a package of documents.

What forms of payment do you accept for Notary Service?

I accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, AppleCash, Credit & Debit Cards as well as Company Checks

Do I need Witnesses for my Document?

First, look over the document.
Do you see Witness Lines on the page?
If so, you will need to have witness(es) available at the appointment.

Do you provide witnesses?

I may be able to provide up to two witnesses for an additional fee.
Requires advance notice.
The fee is paid directly to the witnesses.

Can I come to you to get my document notarized?

I travel to a location of your choosing in Greater Philadelphia.
You get a notary appointment at a time and place that works for you and your schedule.

Can I sign my document before meeting with a notary?

Patience is a virtue; especially when it comes to having a document notarized.
Often, signers must wait to sign a document until they are with the notary.
Please wait until you are with the notary to sign.

How does the Notarization Process work?

Call me and I'll walk you through the process:
We will discuss the document(s) you want to have Notarized.
You'll tell me the people who will be signing.
I'll quote you a fee.
We'll set a time and location that work for you in Greater Philadelphia.
I'll arrive at the appointed time.
Signer(s) will provide current Government issued Photo ID.
Signer(s) will complete and sign the document.
I will fill in the Notary Certificate and Notarize the document.
You will pay for the Notary service.
I will provide you with a Paid Invoice via e-mail.Congratulations! Your document is complete.

Can I get a hand written letter Notarized?

Yes you can have a hand written letter notarized.
There are several types of notarial acts which I can describe to you.
Then, you choose which type you want me to use.

I regularly travel to Hospitals, Assisted Living and Nursing Homes to Notarize Documents.

I have an Auto Title that I need to sign and transfer. Do you notarize Auto Titles?

I can notarize your Auto Title.
You need the Odometer Reading as well as the Buyer's Full Name and Address.
Signers must show unexpired Government issued Photo ID.
Do not sign the Title until you are with the Notary.

Can the Notary provide me a pre-printed Power of Attorney?

A Notary is prohibited by law from providing any legal advise.
This includes the providing of legal documents such as Power of Attorney.
The Notary is a neutral third party.

Can you meet me on my break at work to notarize a document?

I would love to assist you at your work during your break time.
